We are the Blackhawks! We've been scouting across the Atlantic since late 2019, working on advancement and having fun together through virtual meetings held weekly. Currently counting over 55 scouts, our troop aims to combine the community and fun of a scouting troop with the independence and spirit of initiative of Lone Scouts.
Our Troop is scout led, with monthly troop meetings, patrol meetings, virtual Campouts, and Courts of Honor. The difference between our troop any other troop is that we live hundreds if not thousands of miles away from each other: we are the geographically largest Scouts BSA Troop in history, spanning more distance than any other troop, meeting each other in virtual meetings.

We aim to extend Transatlantic Council's offer of unparalleled scouting in a virtual format to scout families across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa that would typically be served by the Lone Scout Program.

• We were digital before COVID made it a thing
• Our scouts speak more languages than your average troop
• Our scouts live 100s and 1000s of miles (or kilometers) apart (and we know how far a kilometer is 😀)
• In 2024 we earned more than 50 rank advancements and over 200 Merit Badges!
